The Ogun State House of Assembly has announced that it will conduct a stakeholders’ forum on the proposed Rural and Semi-Urban Integration Development Bill on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. The forum is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Conference Hall, located on the ground floor of the House of Assembly Complex in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
According to a release signed by the Deputy Clerk of the Assembly, Barr. (Mrs.) ‘Funmi Adeyemi, the bill, officially titled “H.B. NO. 010/OG/2023 – Ogun State Rural and Semi-Urban Integration Development Bill,” aims to address the integration and development of rural and semi-urban areas within the state.
The Assembly has called on all stakeholders and relevant professionals to be seated by 9:30 a.m. to ensure a prompt start to the forum.
