The year, 2023, is quite symbolic for the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide. Why? It’s the 38th year anniversary of the demise of the Founder and Spiritual Pathfinder of the Church, Saint S.B.J. Oshoffa, who received his divine call at the age of thirty eight and served as leader of the Celestial Church of Christ for thirty eight years before crossing to the other side of the great divide. And this year, it’s also thirty eight years since he joined the saints triumphant. Call it Triple 38 and you wouldn’t be too far from the truth.
A number of activities have been lined up to mark the 38th year anniversary of the passage of the departed Founder of the Celestial Church of Christ.
Saturday, 2nd September, 2023: Memorial Symposium. Venue: Celestial Church of Christ, International Headquarters Cathedral, Ketu, Lagos. Time: 10.00 am.
Saturday, 9th September, 2023: Service of Songs. Venue: S.B.J. Oshoffa’s Residence, Ketu, Lagos. Time: 6.00 pm
Sunday, 10th September, 2023: Thanksgiving Service. Venue: Celestial Church of Christ International Headquarters Cathedral, Ketu, Lagos. Time: 10.00 am
