Ogun: APC WARD-TO-WARD AMBASSADORS To Build Synergy With DACA Ahead Of 2023 General Elections – Comrade Akilo

As the 2023 general elections draws closer, the political activities has appears to be unveiling. A Political Action Group of the All Progressive Congress (APC), APC WARD-TO-WARD AMBASSADORS has unveiled plan to have synergies with a support group, Dapo Abiodun Continuity Agenda (DACA).

Speaking during a zoom meeting on Thursday night, 14th July 2022 with the STATE COORDINATE COMMITTEE – SCC and the 20 LOCAL GOVERNMENT COORDINATORS of the group in Ogun State, the South West Coordinator of the group, Comrade Akeem Temitope Akilo stressed the need to develop synergy through collaboration, cooperation, partnership, fraternizing and forming alliance at the state level with a view to promoting Intragroup integration that would facilitate sharing of knowledge on issue-based campaigns and forming a common font in Ogun State ahead of 2023 general elections.

Akilo emphasized the need to coordinate and reposition all the independent support groups of the APC in the state to further strengthen the structure of the party, achieve 100 percent electoral victory, reiterating that the party support groups remains an indispensable tool to actualise electoral victory of any political party in an election.

Akilo noted that, the decision to collaborate with other support groups in the state becomes necessary following a strategic meeting between the leadership of the APC Ward-To-Ward Ambassadors and the leadership of DACA led by it’s Director General (DG), Engr. Segun Kaka.

According to him, the strategic roles of support groups in the build-up to the electioneering process are greatly important worthy of attention, saying; “the need for other APC support groups in the state to come together with the aim of having a common font to win the 2023 elections.

Ogun State Coordinator of the group, Mr. Ismail Salako, who also spoke at the meeting, said the creation of synergies between APC Ward-To-Ward Ambassadors and other support groups of the party in the state will be greatly welcome in as much we are all working towards the same direction.

In the same vein, the State Deputy Coordinator of the group, Comrade Olawale Shodeinde said, APC Ward-To-Ward Ambassadors is the most widely recognized brand of the APC at the moment that concentrate their main focus on PVC holders mobilization for Successful outcome in the Upcoming 2023 general election for our great party, APC .

“We are delighted and ready to work with any support group(s) of the APC, as we are all working together towards winning the elections for our party in the general elections, adding that the party’s ambassadors ward-ward are now collaborating with Dapo Abiodun Continuity Agenda group led by its convener, Hon. Armstrong Akintunde of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State.
