Inauguration of Tinubu on May 29 is bound to happen under constitutional process – Agbakoba

Olisa Agbakoba, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, has described the inauguration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of Nigeria on 29th May, 2023 as Constitutional.
In a statement made available to newsmen by Niyi Odunmorayo, the media aide to Dr. Olisa Agbakoba SAN, on Monday, 15th May, 2023.
The Maritime lawyer said, “It is important to state that the inauguration of Mr Bola Tinubu on 29 May 2023 is bound to happen under our constitutional process. While the election tribunal deals with the petitions there is no constitutional process to delay the inauguration on 29 May”.
According to him, “We need to obey the rule of constitutionalism”.
