Most Superior Evangelist Amos Olabode Fatusin, Head, UK Diocese, C.C.C. W/w
The Executive Governing Council of the United Kingdom Diocese of the Celestial Church of Christ has passed a vote of confidence on the Head of the U.K. Diocese, C.C.C. W/w, Most Superior Evangelist Amos Olabode Fatusin.
The Council expressed sadness at the attempt of certain individuals and a faceless group of “Concerned Shepherds” to remove the Head of Diocese, Most Superior Evangelist Amos Fatusin from office and to destabilise the Diocese.
In an open letter dated 29th June, 2023, the Executive Council of the U.K. Diocese made it clear that, ” We accept that there are issues in the Diocese that needs to be addressed for peace’s sake, and for those reasons the Head of Diocese had commissioned a Peace and Reconciliation Committee led by Venerable Superior Evangelist Solomon Adepetu. The Peace and Reconciliation Committee is due to submit its report very soon and until such time that the report is submitted and acted upon, we wish to appeal to all parties to remain calm and be prayerful for a unified outcome.
The open letter expressed the whole hearted support of the members of the Executive Governing Council for the leadership of Most Superior Evangelist Amos Olabode Fatusin in his capacity as the Head of the U.K. Diocese, stating that he should continue in office till the end of his tenure in December 2025, as appointed by the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa.
