Again, Ayelaagbe Honoured For Outstanding Services To The Youth Constituency As Anglican Diocesan Bishop Urges Youth To Be Good Ambassadors

Comrade Abdul-Jabar Ayelaagbe has once again been honoured for his exceptional contributions and remarkable achievements during his term of service as the 9th State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ogun State chapter.
A commendation plaque was presented by the Lord Bishop of Yewa Diocese of the Anglican Communion, The Rt. Revd. Michael Oluwarohunbi, Ph.D. at the Cathedral Church of Christ, Ilaro, on behalf of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ogun West Senatorial District on Friday 15th December 2023 at the annual Christmas Carol of the Youth Council, in the presence of the representative of different youth formations, eminent stakeholders of the youth constituency in Ogun West, and beyond – a testament to the positive impacts Ayelaagbe had on the youth constituency, Ogun State and humanity.
Ayelaagbe, a former Southwest Chairman of Chairmen of the Youth Council, was noted for landmark achievements during his period of office, the effects of which transcend beyond the state and continue to receive encomiums and accolades from notable stakeholders, different groups, sections, and formations, the latest being the Ogun West Youth Award of Honour on him.
In his sermon, the Lord Bishop of Yewa Diocese appreciated Com. Ayelaagbe charged him not to relent on his good services to the youth and the larger community as attested to by many. He enjoined the youth populace to always imitate satisfactory attitudes, be good ambassadors, serve the Lord and the society diligently, and be rest assured of God’s unfailing favour on them at all times. He charged the youth leaders to emulate Christ in all their undertakings and be guided by his teachings in all endeavors to have a glorious future.
Responding, Com. Ayelaagbe appreciated the Ogun West Senatorial District executive of the Youth Council for the honour done to him and his Vice Chairman (West), Com. (Prince) Adeleye Tajudeen. He declared that Com. Kehinde Damilola Olorunjubelo and his team have started at a good pace and prayed to Almighty God to continue to guide their steps as they carry on the baton of the services.
